A Home Glute Workout That Uses the Furniture

How to train glutes at home with a band, a mat, and a couch that does not slide across the room.

Set the room up once

You need a clear floor, a mat, and something stable for your shoulders. A couch that does not creep backward can host a hip thrust. A low step that does not wobble can host a step-up. Test both with your hand before you trust them with your body.

A fabric band and a mini band cover kickbacks and lateral walks. That is the whole shopping list for The Home Peach Project.

A 30-minute version

Do a couch hip thrust, a reverse lunge, a banded kickback each side, and a lateral walk. Three sets, stopping each set when the reps get sloppy. If you finish and want more, add a walk outside. Do not invent a fourth exercise out of guilt.

Keep going: hip thrust, banded kickback, step up
