Training content

All Cheeked Up publishes general fitness education. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a promise that your body will change. Stop any exercise that causes pain and talk with a qualified professional about injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions before you train.

Programs are general education. They are not a personal training agreement, and they do not guarantee strength, appearance, or performance changes.

The shop

Prices shown for merch are the prices we intend to charge when checkout is open. Affiliate prices are references. The retailer is the seller for those items, and their shipping and return rules apply. When our own checkout opens, you will see the total, the shipping window, and how to cancel before you pay. Subscriptions will require a clear recurring-billing consent and an easy way to cancel.

Community

The community is for adults 18 and older. Harassment, body shaming, nonconsensual images, sexual exploitation, impersonation, spam, dangerous exercise instructions, and misleading health or product claims are not allowed. We can remove content and refuse applications.

Your content

If you later upload photos or video, you keep ownership and give us permission to display them in the way you chose. We will not use that media in ads without a separate permission.
